BRAIN INJURY AWARENESS MONTH
Are You Aware?
Too often we overlook, misunderstand or even dismiss the signs of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in family, colleagues and neighbours. We now understand that the tough, old-fashioned Upper Canada maxim of “get over it and get on with it,” just doesn’t apply to concussions and brain injury.
Any concussion, whether suffered once, or repeatedly over a lifetime, is one too many. If you have suffered a concussion as a result of an injury, call an experienced injury lawyer for advice.
A number of regional, provincial and national organizations are also available to provide assistance, information and direction.
